Welcome: This is my first blogging experience! I recently lost over 30 pounds & went down 4 sizes. I want to share some of my ideas & hear from you about your successes. Eliminating sugar is a must. It's not as difficult as you think. There are so many sugar-free options. It's not a good idea to have a large quantity, but when you have a strong craving, these products are super! For example, if you must have chocolate, there are wonderful sugar-free chocolate puddings. I recommend starting out with a couple of tablespoons. Believe it or not, just a taste, can satisfy you! Moderation really is the key.
